They are all very professional

I like interviews with managers and partner. But HR in my country? Alwas difficult to deal with

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There has to be more women in the leadership. Until now leadership are dominated by men. Gender biased

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are the best team! With diverse background. All are very professional at work. With busy season, the bond of the team are getting better each year

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Am an EY Alumni with 8 yrs of experience overseas. But coming back to work here in my country, they can only offer me lower salary but with the same workloads and etc. No consideration for experience
