Working in their tech consulting division has been amazing. I have learned so much and met some very brilliant people. Clients are very large industry leaders and pay is great.

What makes you most happy at work?

The clients we work with bring the best people together. We are always needed, valued and respected.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview questions were much better than everyone else. They werent canned questions, it was truly a conversation. I felt like they could actually get to know me in the process.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership team is very focused on upskilling the employees and helping people get promoted. Its great to see they are focused on others and are not constantly looking up the ladders, but helping people achieve their goals. Its genuine.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People love to share and be helpful. Nobody wants to be known as difficult, so everyone is helpful. I mentioned to a peer i didnt know how to do something and i got a step by step guide on how to do it, i didnt even ask!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Our benefits are significantly better than the previous (also large) company i worked for. I also had only been with the company for 8 months are received a huge raise, based on performance and cost of living adjustments. It was surprising and made me happy to be there.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The teams i work on are very goal focused. We never have to worry about someone focusing on themselves, client comes first. Our team is also great about picking up the slack when someone takes time off. They encourage us to take breaks and be in the right mindset at work.
