What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall, people are really friendly and welcoming. Makes it easy to transition into the firm.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was a behavioral interview so was just conversational and laidback. Recently they’ve added case studies but those aren’t too diffic
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly flexible work environment. Managers and up are really understanding if you need to flex your work schedule, as long as the work gets done on time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Last year (2021) we got pretty healthy raises to catch up to the local market so pay is pretty solid compared to the part where we were underpaid. Benefits are probably the best part - great dental/health plans, wellness fund, and resources to assist day-to-day life.
