Good enough salary and benefits in relation to the amount of work and previous experience that is expected (on paper at least)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Improve our guidelines, processes and way of work to improve our quality of work and in that, find new ways to invoice our customers correctly
What makes you most happy at work?
Delivering on projects on time with the best result possible. This is rarely the case due to our workload, lack of processes and lack of leadership
