My overall experience at EY has been fantastic. From the connections that i have made internally and externally, coupled with the fast pace and exponential growth of knowledge, i think EY is the best in the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. You always have a group of young and talented individuals to challenge you and push you day in and day out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most people at EY are around the same age as you. You can connect with your coworkers not only during work hours, but outside of work as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the annual increases to salary. The salary is below average to begin but the set track/path that EY has set for its employees is better than any private company that i have seen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The feeling of inclusiveness. Even though you work long hours (specifically during a few months of the year), you see your team as family and because of that, the long work hours fly by.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the fact that you got to interact and meet the partners and high up executives at the firm. You got a good sense of what a day in the life at EY would be like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency that they provide and the dedication to ensuring that the entire team is on the same page and knowledgeable about the future goals and direction of the firm and individual engagements that you are working on.
