Communication as a team; understanding of workers conditions and who is actually taking advantage of them, and who isn't. Considering this is FedEx, a brighter and more professional team would not hurt.

I would feel better if we could choose amount we want taken out of our pay checks for the 401k.

Entry level workers are paid terribly. Unloading a tractor trailer full of tires would run a delivery team about $100 an unload. Usually there are one to two people unloading a trailer over the course of an hour, and are paid $10 an hour starting out. It is now $13, which isn't enough for the hours.

Working part time ,sometimes we only get 2 and a half hours a day and get sent home, even when we aren't done yet!

It was not in person and the feed back I got was good.

They asked open ended questions and listened attentively to my responses.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Most the time they do not even message you back about interviews or wether or not you got accepted. Instead if you do not hear back you probaly did not get it. Or you get a call from an unknown number and you have to answer it to get the job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
New management is needed at 0333. The staff who gain a good reputation there tend to leave and it is for a reason. Better pay and maybe diverting the load into two facilities would be a brilliant start, but that will not happen.
