We have a good local management team. But their hands are tied with how poorly the top of the company is being run.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Our company used to have a great employee philosophy. But it is gradually gone the route of worrying about paying shareholders rather than taking care of employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
FedEx gave shareholders the biggest payout in the history of the company. But then also decided not to give topped out employees any type of pay raise or profit sharing.
