Everything. Everybody is leaving our building im about to as well in a minute if we dont get a pay raise soon
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work at the Fedx ground in Oak Park, Michigan and im QA on the outbound and there are package handlers making more money than me i thought i got promoted but it doesn't feel like it not pay wise anyways
