Management doesnt work and complains when work they should have and could have done is not complete, they stand around talking and when they break a sweat they start acting like its everyones fault, no bonus checks btw

More up to date systems for payroll and more effective managment staff.

They couldve been transparent with the fact that people were not getting any bonuses at all in some cases.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything needs to change from the ground up, qa, safety, managers need to be replaced with ones that could lend a hand and take work load.
