We're all in tbe struggle together and despite being underpaid and not appreciated we never take it out on the customers bu not doing our job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sr. Manager is absolutely terrible and has no clue how to train his inexperienced ops managers . Its like the blind leading the blind at this station.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Flights are constantly late which makes our days longer. Figure out a way to get us out the building on time and we're poorly staffed as well
