They aren't leaders because they let a brand new trainer be a supervisor

Not happy that new employees make almost as much as me and I've gotten 4 raises
What did you like most about the interview process?
There wasn't an interview. Just apply and show up for orientation which was only about safety. There is NO SAFETY No steeled tied boots required....etc..
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is no team. Everyone calls in sick or just doesnt show up. Three days ago I had to do one side of the line all by myself. That was totally messed up
