What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and not being moved around to different jobs in the facility.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Is this really a question, who likes interviews, if anything it was boring, very informative, but boring.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need more pay, dont cut me off at 28 hours a week, if i work every single day then give me my full paycheck, dont let it carry over to the next week!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teamwork most of all!! However when managment moves people around things get ineffective, they believe moving people around wilk help things move faster but in reality it makes the employees very upset and things go slower. I have many people tell me how pissed off they are when moved around.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers that operate next to me, I enjoy them very much, we always help each other out when things get heavy, occasionly they might ask for my help when they get hit and if im operating a truck I will run over and help my coworkers sort packages in their trucks, teamwork is effective!!!
