Frontline management team is great. Upper management needs to be fired. Entry level is mostly great.

My manager actually cares and tries to develop everyone under him. They just require 60 hours/ week from PART TIMERS

Contractors drive the last mile at fedex and one contractor can really make a bad name for the entire Fedex System
