Management is horrible like most places during this "pandemic". They work the hard workers tougher than all other slothful workers. They are looking to run people out. I have had to call the alert line for harassment numerous times. Management is a joke. Workers out shine managers
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Give more honest messages. They told me we'd get raises every 3-6 months. I spent an entire year with the same pay! LIARS!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Put forth as much effort as the others. It's not fair some are working harder than others yet we are all receiving the same pay
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bring in a new management because the current management is not trustworthy and outdated. Nobody seems happy about going to work at outboard at FedEx Norcross Hub because they treat us like sh*t!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Evaluation who they place in management. Load area 1 has a manager in training who doesn't even know how to load boxes himself, yet wants to tell others what to do. You have to prove your own dexterity for me to listen. Or else you're getting in the way of my money!!
