My team is probably the heaviest as far ws stop counts and we always finish everything in a timely manner
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work i put in compared to others. Not the amount of time i put in, but my so the quality and time management. Sick leave could be done better. Theres people that barely take vacation because rhey csn get sick weeks through the year.
