I defenitly see a lot of favortism . I really work very hard. Or at least do my job like i should but not everyone does the same. But they get away with a lot of doing what they want to

Perhaps they should just do their job! So i do not have to it for them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They feed the people from time to time which is wonderful. But it does not pay my bills. When one is surpossed to be full -time and it never happens.
