FedEx – A complete dumpster fire, they're stuck in the stone age. They vary your start time every day and don't tell you. If you're late you can be fired, if you're early you sit there off the clock. Then they personally attack you, saying it's your fault, as 50% of the employees also sit there off clock | Comparably

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The half truths you are told to get you in the door.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Internal candidates should always receive a decision and feedback. Of 5 interviews, I've never heard a word. Managers should understand the process before being allowed to interview. Internal candidates should be compensated for interviews.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I've seen packages hang around the warehouse for a week plus because two drivers, employees or managers are arguing about who should take it, drivers are even paid per package. It's all ego driven. People argue about simple things like it's their life.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They roll back your pay and hours once they're staffed. Then of course people leave, so it goes back down. I don't get it, everything they think they're saving they spend on recruiting, advertising, onboarding, unemployment and class action suits for all the scandalous behavior. Plus poor service

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Like all bad companies and bad management, those willing high performers are just grilled, squeezed and pushed until they are burnt out. I watched 2 people, attractive girls of course, work 60 hour weeks all peak and never touch a box. That particular brand of favoritism exists at many locations.
