Being in sales, you are allowed a lot of freedom and autonomy has long as you are closing business. The commission is not stellar but there is a lot of security in the position for a good career - as long as you do your job.

This is a tough time but in general, the immediate management generally has your back.

camaraderie and helping each other. It's vital to pick a team that "gels" and mine does
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The traditional pension, which i believe is no longer offered to new employees, and the benefits are strong
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always trying to push information to the team as to what is happening on a macro level.
