I loved my job until my pay got dropped down 2.50 after the peek season was over. I have been there since this facility opened moved over from another and have been there for almost 4 months with no raise or even a career change. I applied for training position not long ago if not I'm quitting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everything about them from them team work to the honesty.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I admire and look up to them. I think of them as my friends honestly not just my coworkers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After 4 months I definitely deserve to be moved up in my position and should have gotten a raise not a decrease.
