I don't even know we're to start. For one the boss can be pretty cool but many times comes in angry and that kinda affects the environment you know what I'm saying. And I understand he is under a lot of stress but danget if your mad at one person don't be mad at everyone.

I guess it's a hit or miss some are great some make work a little hard

All I can say is some are meant to lead and some are meant to follow. Just because you have done the time does mean you are meant to lead
