I love my station in north Seattle. I have been there sense November' 2022. I have learned alot mad alot of professional growth and personal growth. I gotten promoted to qa last October. I learned alot. I seen alot of changes alot of different people. I will stay with fedex for a long time

If I got paid more and the ops managers looks at me as an equal and not as a person they need to manager. My problems are my problem our personal
What are some of the best things about your team?
My qa team it's literally the best I've ever had! We support each other in work and personal selfs we are friends. We have stuck it through heavy stressed and changes. We work hard we care and we look out for one another. We take different leads in our area. We care about our job and our department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work directly under our sort manager and he is the best manager I ever had! Caring sturn professional helping and is a big part on why I love fedex when I was a package handler and he wasn't the short manager he has been ny go to for problems ideas and let me be apart of the leadership team.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to grow and I am appreciate and knowledged how important I am. My friends are there. I moved here from NY so fedex was my first social encounter of this job. I am not afraid to say things. Express myself and also learn and build my career! I get to be myself with support of my boss and
