More money an better communication between management about how the box load is going to be finished for that day make an insensitive to getting the job done right an at time that works for the drivers to leave.
Don't know maybe let people see how the work day is going to play out an get a feel for the job . Like start working only 2 days ,then move up to more days on finishing steps for the load an the improvement you do in job duties of the day
