A truly just culture is needed. Get rid of bonuses just by cost cutting without gauging the future impact it has.

Being truthful at all levels. Truthfully give us more and better information of their vision and what they expect from us to achieve that.

Undervalued, Due to the risk and nature of the performance required by my position. An increase in compensation over a shorter period.
