Wage increases have lagged inflation for a long time at this company, and every year benefits are either increased in cost, scaled back, or cut.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was a long time ago. This is not the same company I started with. The founder was very employee oriented, and that flowed to all levels of management. At the time of the interview, I felt very welcomed and appreciated.
