Company is not staff oriented and mostly stems off the fact they support corporate and managerial leadership to foster a hostile work environment that is mainly contributed to meeting goals that put stress among the upper tier and force their toxic ideology to trickle down to the lower tier employee

Easier to name what doesn't but overall the shared support of lower level coworkers not so much management and or corporate officers

Against a toxic manager and belittlement from certain overzealous managers there was a comradarie built among the entry level staff that helps combat a combative workplace
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding that the average employee needs support not criticism and not constant monitoring. People thrive in an environment that is not combative and fostering self-sufficiency is key. Especially since the place is a revolving door training new employees takes time but isn't to be micromanaged
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworker dynamic based on the lower level staff is a great thing especially to keep one balanced against certain management that definitely feels welcoming, the engagement operators help serve the teams of inbound and outbound shifts to bring cohesion but is rare and lacking within its facility
