Being able to find and make friends at work given the toxicity of higher tier employees

Only the comradarie built among the lower level employees to help strive in the stress of the corporate officers that breed hostility
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Doing things above my station like training new employees and not receiving proper compensation for task I am not getting paid to do
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving the lower level employees a better environment to be self sufficient and instead of fostering a combative workplace by constantly trying to make the management focused solely on why they are failing and emphasize what makes them succeed
