Don't let negativity of a few employees rule the station. Management needs to be more positive and not talk down to employees.

Management has let certain employees dictate the over all morale of the station. It's hard to work with people who are constantly negative.

From our point of view management worries more about their own bonuses and not making our work environment a safe and happy place to work.

It has taken way to long to top out. They took away shift pay. Health benefits aren't as good as they used to be. They match less now in 401
