Getting dispatched out of the building on time ! That's a huge safety concern that they don't care about !

Fedex ground contractors are taken advantage on a daily basis not paid fairly while Fedex ground stock keeps rising I've been there 18 years at one point I was making almost 100k a year now I'm down to making about 40k per year and you already know Who is getting that money ! Not the contractors !
