What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management. He has scored below a 60% every year I've worked for him and there is no repercussions. SFAs are a joke.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Value good, hard working employees. They are the back bone of your company. This revolving door of employees has to cost the company dearly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am an almost 9 year veteran and am making the same wage as someone that started 2 years ago. Where is the value for longevity and loyalty?

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be a leader by example not a boss from behind a clipboard. Join your team. Listen to criticism even if you don't agree. A little empathy and humanity wouldn't hurt.
