Overall everybody is nice and hard working. Alot of complaints about policies but thats all.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work mostly alone as i load my own truck so dont see them too often to interact.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is lazy and dont really pitch in when needed. Make up new policies without concern of outcome or how it effects employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
FedEx Ground drivers have lower pay than other companies and no benefits. FedEx needs to recognize that we are employees and find some way to compensate for our work. 10 to 12 hour days or more and only get a check. While Express and UPS get much more money and perks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
FedEx Ground has NO Benefits. Also get paid significantly less than UPS and Express. And company shows NO appreciation for their drivers. Love the job my contractor is great been a driver for 4 years. but FedEx Ground drivers will never see the compensation that others will see. Not a long term job.
