What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hardly anyone worked as a team. Seems like most it for their self. If everyone works as a team things would go a lot better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not get paid for the hours that I work. I get paid by the day. And not sure this day is at least 9 hours. If I would get paid hourly for the hours that I work at a decent rate that would be great.
