What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that our sr station mgr regularly helps out the operation. He is interested in our day, routes & issues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team. Simply put, if one is needs help the others contribute for the good of he customer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the overtime per day rule. I am blessed that the 35 hr rule is in action. Especially when the work slows down.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am blessed to have the opportunity to provide the Purple Promise every day. The customers may have life changing shipments, that need to be somewhere else. I am a link in the chain that performs the completion of the process.
