Our direct manager is a blessing to work with. He makes our job as easy as he can while taking a lot of heat from upstairs
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company environment is good, not great. You don’t see much of management, besides our direct manager. Unless something has gone wrong and you get a visit from upstairs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are on the lower end of the spectrum, our salary was changed to hourly based on the Obamacare situation and we took a clear cut in pay and an increase in hours.
What makes you most happy at work?
I think customers really appreciate what we do as a whole. I think customers ultimately understand what it is to be in a commercial delivery system. So it’s nice to have people that appreciate what we do.
