Slow down to ensure better package quality and less stress on the workers
It's constantly negative because we're being overworked resulting in miniscule paychecks. We get 3 hours or less a day with a volume of packages that should get the team 5 hours a day.
Management only cares about getting it done fast so they can get a larger bonus at the end of the year. Their bonus is structured around how fast they push the product out resulting in thousands of damaged packages
FedEx tries it's hardest to push the actual workers (package handlers) out of the job as fast as possible, resulting in hundreds of injuries a year and tens of thousands of damaged goods. They need to rethink how they run the company and slow it down to ensure the package isn't damaged.
