I've tried speaking with upper mgt and you can tell "They don't really care"!!!!!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor closed minded attitude of mgt..... HEY WE'RE FEDEX we don't need anybody's advice "WE KNOW IT ALL"!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are fine..... but Godbid you try to chat with them..... "Stop talking and work" is what you hear from mgt. While most of them go out and smoke every 30 minutes.......
