Better pay for employees, some idea of a holiday bonus, or gift at Xmas...I think at the end of the year, FedEX should say or show it employees that we are thankful of the job we do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well at Acya this peak, we had record volume for peak everyday,we found ways to get it all done without roll over and leaving it behind. We work hard and Fine a way to get the job done .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Well, let’s see, at Xmas we work as hard as anyone, and with except of overtime, we are not compensated with a holiday bonus, or even a turkey, or ham,or a gift out of a catalog? Nothing, but I work extra long hours and weekends away from my family,and no appreciation at all.
