What are some of the best things about your team?
Nearly everyone works hard to accomplish goals. We work together well, and no one is bothered by helping others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are nearly always happy, feel that they are paid well, and communicate effectively with each other. Grudges are not held by my coworkers. I look forward to going to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never felt like I couldn’t express a concern. The managers have always gone out of their way to ask me directly how I’m enjoying my job and if I need to talk about anything.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I’m paid very well for the work I do. I work part time and make a full time annual pay without the full time hours. They have great, inexpensive benefits and even pay for my college classes which are completely unrelated to FedEx.
