What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They Don't make a big deal if you can't stay late, but that might just be because of pinching pennies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do everything they can to avoid having full time employees and act like 2 extra minutes on the clock is the end of the world. Meanwhile I am paid late multiple times a year and receive no compensation for it. I am still waiting for my holiday pay from thanksgiving they didn't put on my check.
