Workload is increasing and staff members are decreasing. Managers and their departments do not understand the meaning of working together, they only do what they have to In order to make sure their department hit the numbers required
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are understaffed therefore I have a bigger workload but I still do everything that needs to be done managers never have to ask me to do something . I get no recognization or credit, but If I'm scheduled off for a day or two, managers constantly say they're so glad that I'm back.
