Very uplifting. Try to have fun but make sure the work gets done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay could be a tad higher considering the responsibility of the job but the benefits packages do make up for a ton of that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Just like anywhere else you go, there are going to be those that will get on your nerves and those that you wish there was more of so the work would get done faster.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the most part, the managers that I have worked with are very respectful towards the employees and don’t get to worked up as long as you do your job. Even the Senior Manager has come down to help on the slides and conversate with the handlers.
