Quit changing the start time and day offs every 3 months ..start making your parcel assistants feel like they matter as much as the next person ..get tired of hearing oh you don't qualify for that you are just a parcel assistant ...give them vacations not PTO time 2 hours for evey 40

I work for ground and the parcel assistants who are the ones that work in cold trucks in winter hot trucks in the summer ..deserve the same full time benefits as someone sitting a room calling out a jam or someone fixing a smash box ..if it wasn't for them there would be no FedEx
