Every couple of months there seems to be more news that is good for the company but bad for the employee. As the demands grow the employees are more often punished for not performing even without proper utilities, staffing, and time.
The people at the top need to realise that we are not just numbers. We are people that are helping this company grow and even survive adverse conditions. Its time they look into taking care of the employees that have remained loyal and make it a company people want to work for.
Standing up for the employee. With parameters and timing being key in our operations, it is unfair to be held to those restrictions with 40-50% staffing. But, when your reputation as a leader is on the line its much easier to hold the employee at fault, than to reconsider what is asked of them.
