Employees are held accountable. Managers allow them to get by with not doing their job so that everyone else has to work harder to pick up the slack.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To do the very same job, UPS couriers make 2x my salary. I have been with FedEx for almost 20 years and have not reached top pay yet. That is very disheartening.
