More pay and benefits in Arizona to cope with cost of living.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better benefits and pay. In Arizona trucks break down often and A/C does not work on 110 degree days. Use to get sodas and water but not anymore. That was old good Fedex

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

We are not robots and need at least bathroom breaks. if you stop it counts against you and if you have a bulk forget it. Less micro management and let us do our job. Return to old FedEx of 10 years ago. We have no time for customer service on road.
