Need less micromanagement! Trust employee to the the right thing until there is an issue stating otherwise . There’s a lot of great teamwork and team players at Fedex but they get handcuffed by policies made by people who never do their job .
People are numbers. We no longer work for the customer , we work for shareholders . Equal pay for equal job duties . Differential pay for outside regular job duties . Women paid and promoted in the same time frame as men . Cheaper health benefits for current employees and retirees.
Stop letting lawyers and shareholders run the company vibe . Value your frontline employees . Recognize good work habits / extra efforts / etc . Support employees by not running them into the ground w hitting numbers . Support them if they become injured vs putting them on trial . Find your humanity
