Don't much care for my managers they seem to be getting worse and worse over my 20-year experience.

Being able to provide excellent service to my customers!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having more knowledgeable managers. Very hard work for managers that don't have your back!

I feel most of our team takes a lot of pride in what they do daily!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel everyone works very hard to provide the purple promise. But having a little bit more support from our managers would greatly improve the morale!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think it's awsome I can be parttime and still be able to have a pension and all other benefits of full-time! Thank you FedEx I was able to work and raise my children without going broke on babysitters!
