Listening and acting on employee concerns. Better overall communication

Not allowing DRA routes dump stops on SRA routes just because it's an easy fix

Not forcing to regularly work 10 plus hours a day. Plus an hour unpaid break which is not DOT required

Required to spend to much time at work. Pickups not factored into day. Can't get off at 8hrs regardless of reason manager doesn't care about it
