I enjoy it, its easy work, but tiring. A good workout. Everyone there for the most part is nice and approachable.

Mandatory benefits. We're sub contacted, my boss gives me a good wage but no benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's more of an independent environment. People are there to help you out but you load your own truck and deliver by yourself
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I mostly just deal with my boss. I'm not being talked to by different people all the time hearing different things or getting different answers
What are some of the best things about your team?
I only see them for about an hour in three morning while loading my truck, then I'm by myself the rest of the day, which I prefer.
What makes you most happy at work?
My boss will fix my truck in the morning if needed, but then I'm on my own. No one hovering over me watching for mistakes or distracting me.
