More encouragement and coming alongside seeking the best placement for each employee.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a part time employee and I make way above minimum wage and have regular raises.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they remember what the goals are and seek to reach them by empowering their team of employees
