
Equal opportunity, but not equal effort for equal pay. Everyone comes in, everyone gets paid, but only a few are asked/forced to do the labor of the group. No pay for contribution or volume/productivity. Most people are more focused on doing as little as possible as a form of self preservation.
This COLO hub has failed to correct it's downhill course, and now the people in charge of it have no experience or ability to deliver quality work. There is no training staff, and management is basically a fraternity which has no real background in operations of any sort. Bail out time for sure.
